We have 2 bin sizes
14 cubic yard
12' long - 7' wide 5'high
20 cubic yard
13' long - 8' wide 6'high
NO Overloading the Bin
Please refrain from loading material higher than the top of the bin, it makes it unsafe to transport to the waste diversion site. We can not have stuff falling out of or blowing out for safety reasons. The driver needs to be able to secure the bin and contents on the truck. The drivers have the right to refuse to pick up an unsafe load.
Need the bin longer? We are always happy to accommodate rental extensions! However, if the driver arrives to pick up the bin and you decide that you are not done with it or the bin is inaccessible to the driver, there is a **Missed Pick Up Fee** of $75 or 1/2 of your delivery cost which ever is greater. Please try to give 24 hours notice for any scheduling changes.
You do NOT need a permit to rent a dumpster if it is going to be placed in your driveway. However if there is a Home owners association or a condo board I would advise you check with them first. If the dumpster needs to go on the street or boulevard I would check with local bylaw. And we would need to see such a permit prior to dropping the dumpster
When faced with the task of decluttering or tackling a major cleanup project, choosing between dumpster rental and junk removal services requires careful consideration. Opting for a dumpster rental provides flexibility, allowing you to work at your own pace and dispose of waste as the project progresses. It's cost-effective for longer-term projects, but drawbacks may include the need for a suitable space and potential permitting hassles. On the other hand, junk removal services offer convenience, handling all aspects from pickup to disposal. This option is perfect for those with limited space or a one-time cleanup need. However, it might be pricier for large projects, and scheduling may not align seamlessly with your timeline. Assessing your specific needs and project scope is crucial in making the right choice for efficient and cost-effective waste management.
Finding the ideal dumpster rental company requires a strategic approach. Start by assessing your project's size and waste type to determine the appropriate container size and any potential restrictions. Research local providers and read customer reviews to gauge reliability. Request transparent quotes that encompass all potential fees, ensuring no surprises in the final bill. Verify the company's waste disposal practices and environmental commitment. Additionally, check for necessary permits and compliance with local regulations. Clear communication on rental periods and pickup schedules is vital. By prioritizing these factors, you'll secure a dependable and cost-effective dumpster rental for your specific needs.
